DEPOSIT : reservations are considered final once the guest has
paid a deposit, which is deductible from the total stay;
the amount of the deposit is equal to the cost of one night's stay,
or two nights' stay for guests staying over two weeks
CANCELLATION : The deposit will not be refunded if the guest cancels
less than fifteen days before their projected arrival.
SHORTENED STAY : One night will be charged to the guest if he or
she shortens his or her stay less than 24 hours in advance.
LATE ARRIVALS : Please notify us if you are going to arrive late.
DEPARTURE : Guests must check out before 12 noon.
ARRIVAL : We will have your room ready as soon as possible. Please
note that in general, we are unable to have rooms ready before
2 p.m..
